Application of ENCOR vacuum assisted minimally invasive breast rotary system in the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumor

Objective To study the clinical application value of ENCOR vacuum auxiliary rotary system in breast minimally invasive surgery.Methods 260 patients with breast cancer were selected and divided into observation group(n=180) and control group(n=80) according to different treatment methods.The observation group received ENCOR vacuum assisted biopsy system in resection,while the control group was treated with conventional breast tumor resection.For some of the clinical lesions that can not be touched,we use ultrasound guided wire localization before surgery.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,the length of scar,and postoperative complications were observed in 2 groups.The residual and recurrence rates of the 2 groups were compared.Results The operation time,blood loss and scar length in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P 0.05 or P 0.01).The complication rate was 6.1% patients in the observation group,which was less than 21.3% in the control group(P 0.05).There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in tumor residual rate and recurrence rate(P 0.05).Conclusion ENCOR vacuum assisted minimally invasive breast rotary cutting system to remove breast tumor has fewer complications,and better cosmetic effect.Especially for the non palpable small lesions,located in different quadrants of the processing of multiple tumors,it has obvious advantages,which is worthy of clinical promotion mode of operation.
