The content analysis of potassium ion,chloride ion from serum in drowning animal

Objective To analysis the content of potassium ion,chloride ion from serum in drowning animal.Methods 32 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 16 healthy rabbits. The rabbits in experimental group were drowning and recorded dead time. Animals died after 0. 5 h of anatomical blood collection,unified number and mark the preparation for inspection. The rabbits in the control group were sacrificed by mechanical injury.The rabbits were sacrificed by the slender rods. They were then put into the same fresh water tank and then dissected at 0. 5 h after death. The animals were sacrificed and numbered mark check. Detected and compared the potassium ion and chloride ion in 2 groups. Results The concentration of potassium ion in serum of experimental group 0. 5 h,2 h after death was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistic significantly( P 0. 01 ﹚. The concentration of chloride ion in serum of 2groups 0. 5 h,2 h after death was no statistic significantly( P 0. 05). Conclusion The changes in serum potassium ion concentration contribute to the legalization of drowning.
