Clinical effect of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods A total of 86 cases of pneumonia children were selected from April 2015 to April 2016 in Huizhou No. 2 Women' s and Children's Healthcare Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional therapy, observation group was given budesonide inhalation based on control group. The clinical effect,relief time of related symptom and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group( P 0. 01). The observation group of asthma remission time,the disappearance time of lung wheezing and hospitalization were shorter than control group( P 0. 05),no statistically significant differences of disappearance time of wet rales or the cure time of coughing was found between the two groups( P 0. 05). There was no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation has an exactly clinical effect in treating infantile pneumonia,it can greatly relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of pneumonia,shorten the treatment time,and it's safety and reliable.
