Study on the Kinetics of Synthesis of Ethyl Acetate with Zirconium Base Catalyst Under Non-isothermal Condition

Ethyl acetate has been synthesized with zirconium base catalyst,and the suitable conditions of reaction have been determined.According to the catalytic characteristic of dynamic method,the equation of reaction rate has be deduced under the non-isothermal and volume-varying condition.By kinetic calculation,it is proved that the synthetic reaction is consistent with the secondary dynamic model,the activation energy is77.95KJ/mol,and the frequency factore is6.4354×10 10 L·mol -1 ·min -1 .
