A energy conservation transformation method of treatment plant for waste water with high ammonia nitrogen acid

Introduceing a refinery project treatment equipment for waste water with high ammonia nitrogen acid running situation and existing problems,and through the simulation to analyze the main control device parameters. By adjusting the feed ratio of hot and cold feed,the quality of the gas extraction of lateral line and feed of some heat exchangers,to achieve energy saving. Through the actual operation,on the premise of meet the index of discharged water,steam consumption was reduced by 36% than the original technology,in addition to stripping tower of condenser circulating water consumption,the other section circulating water consumption is zero,reduce the circulation of water about 370 t / h. Effectively reduce the operation cost.
