Effects of Several Carbon Modifiers on Copper in Compound Polluted Soil

Carbon material is a kind of adsorption material with large specific surface area and developed porous structure,which can be widely used in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil. In this paper,activated carbon,low phosphorus modified activated carbon,0. 05 MKMn O4modified activated carbon and drags biological carbon were used as test materials to explore the immobility to Cu and Cd in combined contaminated soil. The results showed that all of the tested materials could adsorb Cu in the compound contaminated soil,and 50 g / kg of KMn O4- modified activated carbon had the best effect on Cu adsorption. The adsorption efficiency of biological carbon from drags is similar to that of activated carbon,so it is worthy to be used as an alternative material.
