Influence of relevant gene's polymorphism on the clinical effect of tacrolimus

WANG Jian;The Qingdao Second Sanatorium of Jinan Military Region;
Tacrolimus(FK506) has been extensively used in antirejection therapy following organ-transplantation of solid organs such as liver,kidney,etc,however its clinical effects show significant individual difference among which genetic factors are the main ones. Hence,in this article author review the influences of relevant gene's polymorphism(including CYP450 enzyme,MDR1 and PXR,etc) on metabolism and transport of FK506,so as to guide individually using it clinically.
