Bibliometrics analysis on the relevant research for the non active civilian nurses based on CNKI database

Objective To systematically analyze the development trend and existing problems of the researches on the non active civilian nurses in China,so as to provide some evidence for future researches.Methods All published papers about the non active civilian nurses were studied in the CNKI database. After the search was completed,the publication journal,the publication year,the research area,the research type,scientific research funding sources and the author's condition were analyzed. Results Totally,231 papers were retrieved and the number of the papers published on the non active civilian nurses increased year by year.Nevertheless,only 7.40% of them was supplied by foundations. Of the 40 journals which published all the 231 papers,only 11 of them published more the 5 papers. 45.02% of the authors were from hospitals,and 25.97% of them were from jinan Military Region. Literature from Shandong,Zhejiang,Beijing,enjoyed the largest share of109 articles(47.19%). The topic that attracted increased attention focused on the management and training of the the non active civilian nurses. Conclusion Researches for the non active civilian nurses have been arisen in China. But,the research contents were simplified,the methods of study were not reliable. It should be expanding research places,standardized training model,optimize management system,to promote cultivation of the non active civilian nurses and making sure this team better service for the army.
