Effect of exercise rehabilitation on patient's cardio-function and major adverse cardiac vascular events after percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To investigate the effect of the exercise rehabilitation on major adverse cardiac events after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods In author's hospital,the 256 cases with PCI were divided into the observation group and the control group;the patients discharged from the hospital in the control group received the routine follow-up management and the daily activities,meanwhile the patients in the observation group received the exercise rehabilitation guidance;then the patients of two groups were followed for their heart function and MACE within a year. Results At 6,9 and 12 months after discharged,the LVEF level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05). The incidence of MACE in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion The exercise rehabilitation can significantly reduce the incidence of MACE and improve the heart function,so it is worth to be pay attention.
