Research progress on the relationship of intestinal flora and Type 2 diabetes mellitus pathogenesis

World Health Organization statistics show that there are about 422 million adults with diabetes in 2014 around the world,and China is a country with high incidence of diabetes;Whether in life or in the economy,diabetes seriously affects the quality of patient's lives. The causes of diabetes are complex,such as genetic factors,lifestyle habits,obesity and sports are all important factors for diabetes. In recent years,more and more research results show that,the development of intestinal flora is closely related to the development of metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and obesity,etc. This paper focus on following issues such as dysbacteriosis and obesity,insulin-resistance as well as intestinal flora and endotoxin,fasting-induced adipose factors,and bile acid metabolism,etc.
