Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive tract, and its morbidity and mortality are high. Gastric cancer is a multifactorial, multistage disease, but its exact pathogenesis is still unclear. With deep research on gastric cancer, the important role of epigenetic changes in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer has been gradually recognized, and the research contents mainly include DNA methylation, histone modification,non-coding RNA regulation and so on.
