d-Wave and Extended s-Wave in the Minimum Model for Iron-based Superconductors

Based on the minimum model,we investigate the basic properties of d-wave pair and the extended s-wave pair comparatively.It shows that the order parameters vary with temperature according to the BCS-like low,and they are depressed by large renormalized parameter xt;for xt big enough,the system turns into the normal metallic phase.There esists the density of states within the energy gap in both d-wave superconductors and extended s-wave superconductors in the low energy regine and changes linearly with the energy density of state;extended s-wave superconductors reduce the entropy with temperature faster than the d-wave superconductors,the specific heat of both d-wave superconductors and extended swave superconductors change linearly with temperature.
