Characteristics of Air Quality in Rizhao and Its Relationship with Meteorological Conditions

According to the data of daily air quality and the meteorological data of the same period from March 2015 to February 2016 in Rizhao City,this paper researches the relationship between air quality characteristics of the city and meteorological conditions.The results showed that the air quality of Rizhao City was mainly Grade II,accounting for 58%of the total number of days in the year.PM2.5,O3 and PM10 were the main pollutants in the city;the air quality had obvious seasonal characteristics.The worst air quality was in winter,with the average value of AQI 132.8;and the moderate,severe and serious pollution conditions occurred repeatedly in winter.The best air quality was in summer,with AQI 78.4;precipitation,wind speed,humidity and temperature had a significant impact on air quality.In most cases,the AQI index had negative correlation with precipitation,wind speed and humidity,and had positive correlation with air pressure and air temperature.
