A preliminary study on the separation and the analysis of its component of active peptide from Agricus blazei fruiting body

Sephadex Gel Chromatography was used to the peptide Compounds extracted form fruiting body of Agricus blazei Murrill While the ammo acids composition and the molecular weight of the peptide obtained were analysis afterwards And the experments results showed that this peptide was a kind of Qligopeptide with high F value (23.3) and its molecular weight was between 1500-30000u.
