Study on governance dilemma and resolution of Huangshui river transboundary water pollution based on the game theory

Transboundary water pollution and its governance problem are not just belongs to the local governments.There has been long time for the differences and contradictions of Huangshui transboundary pollution control problems between Gansu province and Qinghai province.The key study point of this paper is how to resolve the contradiction between the two provinces and how to effectively solve Huangshui River transboundary pollution problem.This paper analyzes the game involved in Huangshui transboundary pollution control between Gansu local government and Qinghai local government based on the game theory.This paper also systematically combs the dilemma and its root in the current governance of Huangshui River based on the analysis,as well as put forward the resolution ways in Huangshui River transboundary pollution.
