CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF ANESTHESIA WITH DISOPROFOL IN NERVE SURGERY

Objective:To compare the difference of stress and awake after nerve surgery operation associated with differ anesthesia as that disoprofol vein drip and inhaled isoflurane.Method:38 cases, were performed with intracranial operation, were divided into A and B group each 19. A group, in which isoflurane was taken after vein anesthesia to maintain; B group, in which disoprofol was taken after vein anesthesia. Level of the BP, heart rate, pulse's blood oxygen saturation, respiratory frequency etc. were examined and the extubation time after operation and drug side effect during awake were recorded.Results:The extubation time was longer in the A group than that in B group and the heart rate and side effect were higher than in B group.Conclusion:That the disoprofol is used to nerve surgery anesthesia is stable and less side effect.
