EVALUATION OF AT1RA APPLIED TO CHRONIC RENAL INSUFFICIENCY ON STAGE OF DECOMPENSATION

Objective:To explore the protective effects of angiotensin receptor antagon on kidney with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods:A total of 42 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were divided into two group of 21 each, ACEI group and Lushatan group. The level of BP, blood sugar, creatinine and urine albumen were measured before and after treatment 4~6 weeks.Results:The level of urine albumen significantly reduced(P0.05)after treatment with Lushatan in Lushatan group compared with before treatment; the level of blood creatinine fell(P0.05)too. The improvement of level of urine albumen and blood creatinine was more obvious after treatment than that before treatment.Conclusion:The renal lesions have got part protection of the Lushatan in therapy of chronic renal insufficiency.
