EFFECTS OF BREECH DELIVERY TO BE TURNED FROM EXCESSIVE FLOATING FETAL HEAD IN CESAREAN DELIVERY

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of breech delivery to be turned from excessive floating fetal head in cesarean delivery.Methods:73 pregnant women with excessive floating fetal head were performed the cesarean delivery. During the operation the excessive fetal head was changed to breech by operating doctor and delivered a child, meanwhile the operating bleed, time and fetal Apgar evaluation were observed and compared with matched controls.Results:The delivery time in test group was shorter than that in control. The asphyctic rate was 7.89% in test group, 28.57% in control group.Conclusion:It is a good way in cesarean delivery that the excessive floating fetal head is changed to breech delivery.
