Failure Analysis and Process of Hot-State Vibration on Turbo-unit

By using failure diagnosis method, the paper put forward that the main cause of acute vibration on certain on-load turbo-unit lies in the lower rigidity in horizontal direction of bearing seat, which leads a sensitive vibrating response on variety of imbalance force. Under the precondition of hard to increase the structure rigidity, the hot vibration is controlled within the regular range after only once aggravation by using field high-speed dynamic balance technique. The observing issue of hot balance under vary rigidity is also discussed.
