Design and Implementation of a Mobile Monitoring Platform for Numerical Weather Prediction Operation System

Aiming at the problem of lack of mobile monitoring in numerical weather prediction(NWP)operation systems,the mobile monitoring platform for NWP operation systems is designed and implemented.The platform uses the message middleware technology to obtain the status of the operation systems in real time and uses the pruning algorithm to improve the efficiency of data processing.A mobilefriend data display website is developed to facilitate operation engineers to obtain the status of the operation systems through mobile phones and other mobile devices in real time.By storing the error status,a view of the history abnormal state is provided.Based on the message push interface of the WeChat public platform for the enterprise,the alarm push function is developed,which sends the real-time error messages of the operation systems.The platform is optimized for the mobile internet and mobile devices to speed up platform access.The one-way data flow and the forced use of HTTPS protocol are used to improve the security of the platform.The platform has been applied in operation maintenance service at the Numerical Weather Prediction Center and achieved good results.
