Study on the characteristics of atmospheric electric field and lightning warning

In recent years,due to the rapid development of modern high-tech and its widely used in all areas of society,the city has been severely affected by lightning disaster on modern communication and computer application,which usually caused building damage and serious incident of human and animal casualties.With the continuous improvement of lightning awareness,requirements for lightning forecasting become more and more urgent.In this paper,based on the data of atmospheric electric field,using network observation of ground electric field,the electric field strength and lighting frequency generated by strong lightning activity center on ground are monitored.Combined with lightning positioning system and weather radar,the relations between lightning phenomenon and various types of monitoring data are explored,in order to provide better method for lightning monitoring and forecasting,minimize the loss of peeple's living and social economy caused by lightning disaster.
