Design and realization of information publicity system

According to practical demand of information publicity in meteorological department,the information publicity system with meteorological business characteristic is designed by using structure of network B/S and ripe database technology.The system design and processing flow chart are introduced in this article.Some tables of database design are showed and function modules are enumerated.The function of how to realize short message notice,file browsing and electronic sign are described in detail.The method of making software and practical application of this system are also introduced.
