Ansys-based Bearing Characteristic Analysis for Roller of Roller-type Pallet Fork

With the 1t roller-type pallet fork as the reference,the finite element analysis method is adopted for deep analysis of the bearing characteristics of the roller-type pallet fork,with the bearing features and rules fully understood.The method also proves the roller design scheme scientific,reasonable and reliable,which provides excellent technical basis for research and development of the roller-type pallet fork.
