The Spatial Change, Structural Adjustment and Cluster Innovation of the Enterprises in the Third Line Areas

Building of the third line areas is the Chinese special issue of economic geographical formation in the particular period.Most of enterprises in the third line areas have made the strategic transfer from mountainous areas to cities owing to the decision factors of location have changed from political and military factor to economic and social factor.However the transfer is only the end of transform driven by government,the sustainable development and innovation driven by enterprises just start.Transfer has dealt with problem of geographical proximity and formed the industrial agglomeration,and then the enterprise should resolve the problem of organizational proximity and form the industrial cluster as well as the model of cluster innovation.
