The Wayout of the Second Demographic Dividend and Its Realistic Visionin China

For rich labor,China's economic development has experienced a rare opportunity period and has achieved rapid development,after 30 years of reform and opening up.However,the arrival of the population aging society in our country and labor shortage,which means our country’s population bonus period is going to the end.This article is to explore theoretical basement of the demographic dividend and economic growth,by analyzing the producing mechanism of second time population bonus.Through analyzing the social security system,the household registration system,private capital investment channels and population quality problem,this paper is to reveal the main factors restricting the second demographic dividend to play,and then put forward measures to perfect social security system,to reform the household registration system,to expand private capital investment channels,and to increase the proportion of education spending to realize the second time population bonus,and finally reach the purpose of sustained economic growth.
