Theoretical Framework and Practical Application of Chinese Cultural Competition Index

Creating competition index of Chinese culture should base on the theory and practice of global cultural competition and culture assessment. Competition index of Chinese culture is the evaluation index for evaluating culture competition situation in the practice process of socialism with Chinese characteristics and people's cultural life happiness degree. Chinese culture competition index system establishes on the core cultural influence, cultural prosperity, cultural industry development force and cultural operation security force and other 4 two level indexes,which is mainly composed of 45 three level indexes. The use of competition index of Chinese culture opens up a new horizon for promoting the construction of socialist cultural power and the whole enhancement of promoting national and regional cultural competitive strength.
