The Association Degree of the History Track of Agricultural Subsidies System and the Enthusiasm of Peasant for Growing Grain

Tan Zhixin;Zhou zhen;
The agricultural subsidy policy of China has experienced transition from the stage of indirect subsidies of price intervention to the stage of direct subsidies dominated by "Four Subsidies". The study of the impact of the current agricultural direct subsidy system on the enthusiasm of peasant for growing grain shows that agricultural direct subsidy system has promoted the enthusiasm of peasant for growing grain, but the role of promotion that current agricultural subsidies has on the enthusiasm of peasant for growing grain is less than the role of inhibition that the rise of grain cost brings about. Improving agricultural subsidies system should embark on stabilizing longterm mechanism of growth from the top design, innovating and perfecting the subsidy policy that aims at subject of agricultural operation, and fully making use of the market and price supporting approaches.
