X-ray Projection Topographic Contrasts of Dislocations in Crystal of Potassium Acid Phthalate(KAP)

The X-ray projection topographic contrasts of dislocations in thepotassium acid phthalate (KAP) crystal with higher X-ray absorption havebeen studied in the topic.The image contrasts of dislocations and their varia-tions in the direct image,interference fringes,dynamic image and the doubleimages of dislocations on the topographs diffracted respectively by (200),(001),(201) and (111)planes were obtained experimentally.The anomalousabsorption effects due to the imaging parts of the structure factors even underμ_1t_o=1 were taken to illustrate their contrast details.The results of show isin good agreement experimentally and theoretically computation.
