Pyroelectric Properties of Rapid Growth ATGS Crystals

The growth rate of modified TGS(ATGS)crystal has been increased from1 mm/d to 5mm/d by increasing stability and convection of the solution.Thepyroelectric,dielectric and ferroelectric properties of rapid growth crystalshave been investigated,and the quality of crystal is good.Pyroelectric figureof merit of the different growth rates is the same.But,the rapid growthcrystal has more L-alanine content and lower Lanδ than that of the slow growthcrystal,it has very high bias field (E_(?)).
