Refractive Measurement and Comparison of High Gray-tracking Resistance KTP Crystal

The high gray-tracking resistance KTP(KTiOPO4) crystals were successfully grown by the modified TSSG method.The principle refractive indices of the high gray-tracking resistance KTP crystal and regular KTP crystal were measured by the auto-collimation method at different temperatures and some wavelengths.The principle refractive disperse curves were fitted with the Sellmeier equation.The corresponding type Ⅱ SHG phase matching angles of the high gray-tracking resistance KTP were calculated and compared with those of the regular KTP crystals grown by the TSSG method.The results show that the  value of the high grey-tracking resistance KTP are always larger than that of regular KTP grown by the TSSG method.
