Study on Hydrothermal Phase Transition of KBe_2BO_3F_2

The effect of different mineralizers on phase transition of KBe2BO3F2 under high temperature and pressure supercritical hydrothermal conditions was study. Growth mechanism of KBe2BO3F2 crystal, " Nonstoichiometric dissolution-nonstoichiometric growth",was summerized. Through this mechanism,a new understanding of the problem which is the structural heterogeneity and low nonlinear optical conversion efficiency of hydrothermal KBBF can be achieved.
