Study on Preparation Technology of Nano-sized Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3 by the Microwave-assisted Sol-Gel Self-propagating Combustion Method

0. 94Na0. 5Bi0. 5TiO3-0. 06 BaTiO3(0. 94NBT-0. 06BT) powders compositions in the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB) were prepared by the microwave-assisted sol-gel self-propagating combustion method. The powders were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermo gravimetric(TG) and differential thermal(DTA). The process parameters,like pH value of the solution,complexing agent and microwave power were optimized to obtain the optimum process parameters. Nanopowders with a pure perovskite structure were synthesized by process of citric acid as complexing agent,pH = 4-6,heated at 500 ℃ and microwave power of 520 W.The as-burnt powders become uniform in size,and the granularity distribution is centralized from 10 nm to 20 nm. The combustion reaction mechanisms were put forward with the help of IR spectra and differential thermal analysis techniques.
