Synthesis and Characterization of Li-ion Solid-state Electrolyte Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_4)_3

The Li-ion solid-state electrolyte Li1. 3Al0. 3Ti1. 7(PO4)3(LATP) was prepared by solid state reaction. The effects of resultant temperature and sintered time on the ionic conductivities of LATP pellet were studied. The phases and features of the prepared materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The ionic conductivities were measured by AC impedance spectra. The results show that the LATP prepared at 900 ℃ is pure phase and the size of particles is uniformity.Among the LATP substrates,the one sintered at 900 ℃ for 4 h shows the highest compact and the highest ionic conductivity of 3. 07 × 10- 4S /cm.
