Analysis of Defects and Fracture Surfaces of Laser Welding Diamond Saw Blade

Due to the higher heating and cooling speeds of laser welding,both microstructure and composition in the welding seam are inhomogeneous,which might generate the possibilities of some kinds of defects.The defects in the welded seam of diamond saw blade by laser welding,including pores,cracks and inclusions,were studied by using SEM.Additionally,the fracture surfaces of bending strength specimen were also explained.
