Research on the Nonlinear Vibration of a Rotor-bearing-seal Coupling System

Based on the coupling model of nonlinear oil-film force and Muszyska nonlinear seal fluid force,the dynamic vibration track of the rotor-bearing-seal system was analyzed by numeral integrated method,the effect of rotational speeds on the dynamic response of the coupling system was calculated by simulation.The bifurcation,state trajectory,Poincare maps and power density diagrams of the system were used to analyze the dynamic behaviors of the coupling system.It is concluded that the coupling system shows strong nonlinear phenomena such as periodic motion,ternary-periodic motion,quinary-periodic motion and quasi-periodic motion.
