Optimization of Laser Surface Texturing Based on Friction and Wear Test

Different laser-textured surfaces,the smooth surface,dot and grid shape surfaces were made on the ductile iron rings,and their friction and wear performances were compared.It is found that the specimen of grid pattern shape performs the best antiwear and bearing performance.The topographies and the friction and wear performances of the laser-textured grid surfaces with different geographic parameters and by different laser parameter processing were investigated,the optimal laser texture was got.
