Comparison of the Loading Capacity Analysis of Aerostatic Guide Way Based on Analytic Method and Finite Element Method

The loading capacity is an important index of the aerostatic guide way. The loading capacity of closetype rectangle aerostatic guide way was calculated and analysed based on analytic method and finite element method.The result shows that the loading capacity of closetype rectangle aerostatic guide way increases with the increase of pneumatic pressure from air source.The calculation values based on two methods is well consistent.The finite element method takes the diffusing effect into consideration,realizes the 3D airflow field simulation,and eliminates the error brought by diffusing effect.
