The Optimal Design of the Bearing Lubrication System for No.1930 Continuous Casting Roller in BAOSTEEL

A pressure-type grease lubricating system was designed, which can overcome the fault in the bearing Lubricating system for No.1930 continuous casting roller in BAOSTEEL,such as distributor plugged,oil-leakage and abnormal oil-supply pressure,etc.The oil-supply pressure of each bearing and related parameter were tested by the pressure-type grease lubricating system at the condition of different gas pressure.Online operation shows that the bearing is running well,there is less wear for the bearing.
