The Optimization of Micro-pit Cylinder Sleeve Structure Parameters Based on Election-survey Algorithm

Based on the lubrication dynamic analysis of micro-pit cylinder sleeve,the design parameters concerning dynamic lubrication were determined,maximizing the least lubricating film thickness and minimizing lubricant wastage are appointed as optimization object,and the optimization model was established.Election-survey algorithm was used to search the optimization solutions of parameter of micro-pit cylinder sleeve,the optimization solutions were found out rapidly,it is shown that this method is feasible.
