Study on Simultaneous Determination of Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni Leaching Quantity from Stainless Steel Sealed Food Containers by DUO-ICP-AES with Automatic Dilution Technique

The method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni leaching quantity from stainless steel sealed food containers by dual observation-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry with automatic dilution technique.The factors such as the selection of analytical wavelengths,the correction of the background,the influence of instrument parameters such as power,nebulizer pressure,auxiliary gas,peristaltic pump rate in 3% acetic acid,and the interference of coexistent elements were investigated.The detection limits of the method are 0.006 6 mg/L for Pb,0.000 9 mg/L for Cd,0.001 7 mg/L for Cr,0.001 1 mg/L for Ni.The recovery rates and precision of the method are in the range of 93.2%~99.4% and 0.48%~2.3% respectively.The method is simple and rapid and has high precision,it is convenient and suitable for daily inspection of import and export stainless steel sealed food containers.
