Experiment and Engineering Application of Concrete C40 in Super High Pumping

With the super high pumping of C40 concrete as the research object, through the dosage of total cementitious material and silica fume and water cement ratio and other parameters adjustment, determined the effective of the amount of total cementitious material and silica fume and water cement ratio, and then determined concrete mix of the engineering application. Total cementitious materials dosage 450 kg, silica fume quantity 2%, 0.32 water cement ratio, height of pumping 250 m, average pump pressure 14.1MPa, ultrahigh pumping construction does well.
