Temperature Control Calculation of Rolled Concrete Gravity Dam with an Insulating Layer

In order to reduce the influence of temperature load to the quality of dam construction,the paper selects the diversion section of rolled concrete gravity dam as a typical section,adopts three-dimensional finite element software to simulate the process of dam construction and focuses on the analysis of the influence of temperature control measures of placing temperature control,laying out an insulating layer of polystyrene foam plastic on the dam surface of upper stream and downstream and the surface of long interval placed part.The outcomes show that those temperature control measures can reduce the temperature difference of new and existed concrete of cushion layer,inside and outside temperature difference of the dam body in winter and reduce the main tensile stress of the dam.
