Research Progress in the Sprinkler Irrigation Erosion

Aiming at the shortage situation of sprinkler-irrigation erosion at present,this paper discussed the factors and models of sprinkler-irrigation erosion from the view of the erosion mechanism,and the prevention and control measures for the irrigation erosion were presented. Meanwhile,some ideas and suggestions for the future development of irrigation erosion were provided. This study aims to improve irrigation erosion mechanism and erosion control management,and maintain soil resources sustainable development in the irrigation areas.
