Theoretical Research on Mass Incidents and Difficulties in Solving Them

In the 21st century,China has entered a period of frequent mass incidents.Theoretical research on mass incidents and difficulties in solving them have become major subjects of strategic importance in social administration.In the West,the way of analyzing mass incidents has changed,from irrational to rational.Chinese scholars paid much attention to taking into account China's conditions when referring to relevant Western theories.In practice,there exist five types of difficulties in tackling mass incidents,which charts the course for our further theoretical research on this topic and for our efforts to make new breakthrough in this area.
