How Public Interests Are Stolen?——Research on Organizational Corruption

Mao Zhaohui
As collusive deals by powerful interest groups get more frequent, organizational corruption has also become prominent. Its harm is far greater than individual corruption.Organizational corruption is the organizational alienation of public power, with the organization institutionalized internally and involved in collusive deals externally. It is embodied by the fact that in the realization of public interests, its own interests are several times as many as public interests. It takes the form of corruption in certain areas or processes, such as decision-making,legislation,organizational inacts, consumption at public expenses and personnel appointment. The transition from individual corruption to organizational corruption demonstrates that China's anti-corruption campaign is complex and requires prolonged and strenuous efforts. The fight against organizational corruption is unavoidable.
