The Special Integration of Two Heterogeneous Cultures——the Origin, Development and Practice of Sinicized Marxism

Jin Minqing
Marxism and Chinese traditional culture, though heterogeneous, share many meeting points. The two heterogeneous cultures crash and merge with each other under certain historical conditions. A Marxism with a second birth comes into being, which is neither the original Marxism nor the original Chinese culture, but a Sinicized Marxism rooting in the Chinese culture as well as a Chinese culture taking Marxism as its basic principle. The contemporary China, directed by the Sinicized Marxism, gains its unique guiding principle, way of development, form of institution and experience of development and therefore shows its overall uniqueness.
