Literary Virtue,Education and the Spirit of Harmony——Analyzing the Inclusiveness of China’s Ethnic Policy and Relations

Jin Binghao Yang Wenshun
China's ethnic policy of equality and unity, its policy on regional ethnic autonomy and the ethnic relations all fully reflect inclusiveness. The ethnic relations of coexistence, inclusiveness, common prosperity, interdependence and harmony have come as a result of the respect for differences and tolerance of diversity. To coordinate China's complex ethnic relations and handle China's ethnic problems, a world outlook on and methodology of "accommodating diversity and respecting differences" must be held. Specific ethnic policies, laws, regulations and measures should be used to implement equality, unity and development which characterize "inclusiveness" and "diversity" in the political, economic, cultural, social and all other fields, in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
