How to Avoid War in Eurasia-On the "Marriage" of Inland Cooperation with Marine Dispute Resolution

The border regions of Eurasia are currently trending toward stability and prosperity,while the Eurasia-rim sea areas are becoming increasingly tense and unstable.How to deal with potential conflicts and prevent interested parties in the areas from involving in military clashes? The author proposed the concept and idea of "Greater Eurasia",which will give an impetus to the stability and prosperity of both continental and marine areas.At the same time,it is also crucial to establish a new agency to respond to future crises in the Eurasian region.An important component of the current international order is on how to overcome the obstacles hindering the mechanism for and people's understanding of this issue and bring European and Asian countries more closely together while letting the Shanghai Co-operation Organization play to its existing strengths.
