Study on extraction technology of Lecithin

In this research, the extraction technology with the special resource of Xinjiang being raw material was proposed and three kinds of lecithin were prepared. Prepare three kinds coarse phospholipids firstly, then refine them with Supercritical fluid extraction and organic solvent extraction successively. The factor which have the effect on extraction rate were investigated through orthogonal experiment, the best extraction conditions were determined, Supercritical fluid extraction: pressure 30Mpa,temperature 55℃,time 2 hours. organical solvent extraction: temperature 60℃,time 1 hour, concentration of ethanol 85%.The rate of extraction of soybean lecithin, sunflower lecithin and flax lecithin was 17.8%、12.6% and 13.2%,the average content of phosphorus and PC in them were 4.52%,2.93%,3. 28%,and 64.3%,53.3%,59.8% respectively.
