Clinical Analysis of 49 Primary Sjogren Syndrome

Objective To improve the ability to diagnose and cure the disease by assessing the clinic features of primary Sjogren Syndrome(pSS).Methods The clinical and laboratory data of 49 pSS patiens were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the patients of pSS,93.9%were females.The primarily incipient symptoms of pSS were dry eyes and dry mouth,the next symptoms were cutaneous lesion and febrile.The rate of renal involvement was 53.1%.The frequencies of lung involvement and blood system damage were 22.7% and 51%.The frequencies of anemia,leucopenia and thrombocytopenia were 30.61%,16.36% and 20.4% respectively.Conclusion The clinical features of pSS were complicated,hemotological changes were common.The pSS should be considered if we found that patients had febrile,anemia,renal involvement and pulmonary disease without apparently causes in clinic.
